TORQ TXA Through Bolt Anchor
TORQ TXA Through Bolt Anchor for Concrete
The TORQ TXA Through Bolt Anchor is a high-performance torque-controlled mechanical expansion anchor designed for fastening structural and non-structural fixtures into concrete. Engineered for fast installation and reliable load performance, the TXA anchor provides secure fixing through expansion within the concrete substrate, making it an ideal solution for construction, MEP, steel fabrication, industrial installations, façade works, and general anchoring applications.
Suitable for cracked and non-cracked concrete applications where approved by the project engineer, the anchor is installed through the fixture and tightened to the specified torque, causing the expansion clip to engage securely with the concrete.
Overview
The TORQ TXA is a torque-controlled expansion anchor manufactured for high-strength anchoring into concrete. The anchor consists of a threaded bolt, expansion sleeve, clip, washer, and nut assembly that develops load through mechanical expansion within the drilled concrete hole.
Available in Zinc Plated Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized Steel, and Stainless Steel grades, the TXA range offers a reliable anchoring solution for indoor, outdoor, industrial, and corrosive environments.

How the TORQ TXA Through Bolt Works
The TORQ TXA anchor operates using a proven mechanical expansion principle.
When the anchor nut is tightened to the specified installation torque, the expansion cone is drawn into the expansion sleeve. This forces the sleeve outward against the walls of the drilled concrete hole, creating a strong mechanical interlock within the concrete.
This system provides dependable load transfer without the curing times associated with chemical anchoring systems.
Installation Procedure
Drill the hole to the correct diameter and required depth.
Remove dust and debris from the hole using compressed air or a blower.
Insert the anchor through the fixture into the drilled hole.
Tap the anchor into position until flush with the fixture surface.
Tighten the nut using the required installation torque.
Load the fixture once installation is complete. [TS Expansi...or TXA.pdf | PDF]
