TSA Sleeve Anchor
Description
Light to medium duty metal expansion sleeve for use in concrete and masonry. Can also be used in combination with all types of standard metric threaded fasteners like headed bolts, rods, hooks, and eye bolts as required.

Loads indicated are for a single anchor without consideration of center to center spacing and distance to the edge if any.
Installation information
*For plastered walls the drill depth and bolt length must be increased corresponding to the thickness of the plaster.

​Installation procedure
Equipment

Drilling machine
-
Drill bit of diameter matching screw size
-
Hammer
-
Wrench with matching drive socket
-
Air blower or compressed air with nozzle
-
Person Protection Equipment (PPE) including gloves.

1. Drill holes in the base material of the required diameter and depth.
2. Blow the dust and debris out of the holes.
3. Tap the anchor into the hole until flush with surface
4. Bring the fixture into position.
5. Screw the bolt or other metric fastener and nut combination through the washer and fixture into the anchor.
6. Using the wrench, tighten the bolt or nut until flush. Do not over tighten as this may damage the fixture.
7. Repeat the process until all the required number of anchors have been installed.
The fixture can now be loaded.
