Installation information
* If the substrate has been plastered, then the drill depth must be increased by the corresponding plaster thickness Holes in masonry must be drilled with rotary action only , hammer drilling is not advisable

Equipment

Drilling machine

Drill bit of correct diameter

Screw Driver with matching bit

Air blower or compressed air with nozzle

Person Protection Equipment (PPE) including gloves.

1. Drill clearance holes in the fixture. Countersink the holes if a flush fixing is required.
2. Drill holes in the base material.
3. Blow the dust and debris out of the holes.
4. Tap the plug into the hole until the top is flush with the surface
5. Position the fixture in place
6. Drive the screw into the plug until snug
7. Repeat the process until all screws have been installed. The fixture can now be loaded.
